All First-year students should arrive at their assigned residence hall between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. There will be no access to residence hall rooms prior to 7:00 am on August 27.

Parents of all new students are asked to attend a Parent Orientation Program Thursday afternoon. While students are attending their first Residence Hall Floor Meeting, parents will meet with staff from academics, student life, the health center, and the counseling center as well as upper class parents and students. The program will include a presentation by Donna Krivoski on the services offered by the Parent Relations Office. The Class of 2013 Welcome, for students and parents, will follow. This is the official beginning of Student Orientation. Parents are then invited to a reception at the President's House. Schedules will be available at each residence hall's check-in.

Upper-level students should report to the Office of Residence Life between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm to sign out their keys.

You are invited the chapter's annual golf outing at the Eagles Golf Club in Odessa.

Fee covers 18 holes on the Forest Course, one seat in a golf cart, and a bucket of range balls for warm up purposes.

First tee off time at NOON. Format ... scramble foursome ... requests for pairings will be considered.

Evening Social Following the Golf Outing

5 p.m.

At 5 p.m., an evening social will be at Pete'65 and Joanne Turrell's home, 16307 Colwood Drive, Odessa in Prestwick Village area of Eagles.

Chicken and burgers will be provided by the host and hostess. Should you desire another meat, bring it along and we'll find a place on the grill for it!

Bring your bathing suit and towels if you want to use the pool. Showers available at the Turrell's
