EASTON, Pa.(www.lafayette.edu), June 30, 2008 — Valenca, the newest restaurant offering ethnic cuisine in Easton’s downtown, opened Saturday at 66 Centre Square. The restaurant features a Portuguese-inspired menu, an extensive wine collection of about 3,000 bottles, and outdoor seating for about 110 people. The wine cellar features a small room that includes hand-made wine racks that will hold hundreds of bottles and an intimate setting for six.
